Personal training is available for all members who are interested in benefiting from a more individualized workout. Personal trainers are able to create specialized programs based on participant goals. All trainers are knowledgeable in safe exercise practices, effective design, and can help keep you on track.
- All trainers possess accredited personal training and CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
- Only personal trainers contracted with EXOS can be used in the Wellness Center. Outside personal trainers are not allowed.
- For safety and liability reasons, members are not allowed to train other members.

Bree is a certified personal training and strength & conditioning specialist with degrees in Exercise Physiology and Sports Pedagogy. She ran track at Baylor and loves working with athletes as well as people who are trying to get back in shape. Her desire is to help people find their inner strength and reach goals that they never thought were possible.
Shavon LeBlanc, NASM-CPT, Email
Shavon began her career as a healthcare professional and learned the benefit of healthy eating and exercise in chronic illness prevention. She desires to work to prevent chronic disease within her communities through healthy eating and exercise. Shavon's desire is to train others to build strength from the inside out. She will build programs that are fun, challenging and motivating.

Thomas has a bachelor of science in Physical Education and Coaching Athlete Performance. He is all about practicing what he preaches. He will challenge you to challenge yourself and those around you. Thomas is a functional movement specialist specializing in athlete performance coaching and injury prevention strength training.

Josh has a bachelor of science in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University. He has the ability to adapt his training style to fit the needs of a variety of clients and motivate you to strive for improvements. His goal is to create a methodical training program to help reach your goals, become more mobile, and build the habit of regular activity into your life whether you’re new to the gym or a regular patron.
Lakeitha Gort, ACE-CPT, XPS Email Lakeitha obtained her Bachelors in Kinesiology from Stephen F. Austin State University. As a former Division I Softball player, she enjoys working with both athletes and those willing to adjust their lifestyles. With a passion to assist others with their own fitness goals, her motto is "Prepare Yourself to Succeed", meaning to take any and all precautions to ensure proper preparations are in order to fulfill ones accomplishments. With a vibrant and energetic presence, she will guide you along your fitness path reminding you that fun can still be had while exercising.
