Employees of Phillips 66, ConocoPhillips and Chevron Phillips Chemical Company and their eligible dependents have the option of signing up to become members of the Phillips 66 Bartlesville Wellness Center. To join, eligible members and their dependents 16 years and older are required to view the facility safety orientation.
Employee Membership
Eligible Phillips 66, ConocoPhillips, and Chevron Phillips Chemical Company employees interested in enrolling for a Wellness Center membership.
Retiree Membership
Eligible Phillips 66 and ConocoPhillips retirees interested in enrolling for Wellness Center membership may contact Fitness Services at FitnessServices@p66.com to have their eligibility verified.
Guest Eligibility
Guests are permitted in the Bartlesville Wellness Center per policy guidelines.
Locker Room Key Replacement
The Wellness Center provides locker room keys for members who utilize towel service locker rooms. In the event that a key is lost or misplaced, a new key can be purchased at the Wellness Center front desk for a $5 fee.
Member Badge Replacement
The Wellness Center requires a valid membership badge for facility access. If a member loses their badge or requires a new one for any reason, there is a $10 fee to obtain a replacement badge.
Members can order their new badge at the Wellness Center front desk. Please be aware that it could take several days for a new badge to come in. Members are encouraged to check back at the front desk to see when their replacement badge has been received.
Facility Safety Orientations and Enrollment
If you are not a member of the Bartlesville Wellness Center, now is the time to activate your membership! Fitness Services has an informative 13-minute facility safety orientation video available to view. Employees may view the video on My HR Tools after logging into Learning Management and searching Bartlesville Wellness Center. View, print and bring the completion certificate with you to the Fitness Center to complete enrollment.
Membership and facility access will not be activated until the facility orientation and Phillips 66 “Release of Liability” waiver is completed.
- All eligible members, age 16 and over, must view the facility safety orientation video to activate membership.
- Members age 18 and over must complete a Phillips 66 “Release of Liability” waiver. Members under age 18 years of age must have a Phillips 66 “Release of Liability” waiver signed by their parent or guardian.
- Members under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a member age 18 or over at all times in all areas of the Wellness Center.
- Members under the age of 12 may not access the Fitness Center or participate in group fitness classes.
