CARDIO/STRENGTH

Take this class to box out your stress and get a full body workout.

Try this 20 minute running interval workout that has some easy, moderate and hard speed added into your treadmill run. With some mini incline work along the way this workout will get you sweating. 10 minutes of warm up plus stretching added to get you ready to go and cool off when done.

MIND/BODY

This ballet-inspired class mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and functional training. This low impact class includes high repetitions of low to moderate range of motion exercises with no equipment needed but simply a chair for support.
