Personal Training is available for all members who are interested in benefiting from a more individualized workout. Personal trainers provide an outside edge to helping you obtain your fitness goals. All personal trainers are knowledgeable in safe exercise practices, effective program design, and can help keep you motivated and stay on track.

Personal Exercise Program

Personal Exercise Programs are open to all members. A Personal Exercise Program (PEP) appointment is an opportunity for members to meet one-on-one with a Wellness Center staff member to create a personalized workout using specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely goals.  PEPs are inclusive of all abilities and can be tailored to any specific need you would like to focus on, including:

Personal Trainers

Leslie Ward, ACE-CPT; ACE-GFT; FAI-CPT- email

Leslie is an American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer and small group trainer. In addition, Leslie possesses a Functional Aging Institute specialty certification in corrective exercises and orthopedic concerns for the older adult population. Leslie has been training since 1991 with many individuals from youth to older adults in various settings.  She focuses on providing a personal approach to the client’s needs, concerns, and goals.
