Monday – Friday: 5:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Lap / Open Swim

Saturday: 7 – 8:30 a.m. Lap Swim

Locker Information

Fitness Services offers several types of lockers to our members. Some lockers are daily use lockers and free, other lockers require a fee. Contact the Fitness Center at 918-977-2124 for assistance.

Men’s and Women’s Towel Service Locker Room

Fee: $15/month
This locker room is only available with key access. Members must provide their own lock on rented lockers. These locker rooms provide towel service.

Men’s and Women’s General Locker Room (No towel service)

Fee: $5/month
This locker room is available to all members. It includes daily use lockers, as well as lockers that can be rented. Members using the free daily use lockers must provide their own lock and remove their lock and personal belongings at the end of the day. Daily use lockers are clearly marked in both the men and women’s locker room. Members renting a locker must use and provide their own lock.

Bowling Lockers

Fee: $4/month
For the regular bowler, there are two sizes of bowling lockers. Lockers are located in the hallway outside the bowling facilities. To rent this type of locker please visit the Bowling Center.

Bicycle Lockers

Fee: $15/month
If you enjoy biking to work, we offer secured and protected bike lockers to store your bike. Lockers are located on the west side of the Adams Building. They have key access only, and will protect your bike from weather or vandalism.

Wellness Center members may visit the Fitness Center front desk or call 918-977-2124 to register for a locker.

The Phillips 66 Aquatic Center is located on the first floor of the Adams Building. The indoor pool facilitates the Splash Club for competitive swimming, employee fitness activities, and swimming lessons.

The Fitness Center offers a wide variety of cardio, strength and functional training equipment for members. This wide range of equipment ensures this space can accommodate any style workout.

All members may schedule an equipment orientation to learn how to safely use the equipment and ensure you are comfortable beginning or continuing your workout routine.

Fitness Center Guidelines

  • Members must be at least 12 years of age in order to utilize the Fitness Center.
  • Members under age 16 must be accompanied by a member age 18 or over at all times in all areas of the facility.
  • Use proper technique when lifting to avoid injury
  • Re-rack weights when finished with use
  • Use a spotter when lifting weights
  • Use the safety clips and straps when using cardio equipment
  • Minimize cell phone use so your full attention is on your safe workout
  • Clean off equipment with the provided gym wipes
  • Report any equipment issues to the staff
  • Glass containers are not permitted
  • Do not drop weights. This can cause injury to you or others and damage equipment and the facility.
  • Bags are not permitted in the workout areas. Small convenience storage spaces are provided in the fitness lounge.

Once home to the Phillips 66ers, the Gymnasium is open for recreational play, group fitness classes, special events and both competitive and open play programs including basketball, volleyball, badminton and pickleball. The Gymnasium allows for one full-court basketball court, two half-court basketball courts, one badminton court and three volleyball courts.

Phillips 66 recognizes the importance of employees participating in team activities together. To encourage this, Phillips 66 Fitness Services provides opportunities for members to compete through organized and open play programs.

Gymnasium Guidelines

  • Play and exercise safely
  • Members under age 16 must be accompanied by a member age 18 or over at all times in all areas of the facility.
  • Participants playing basketball are required to wear rubber-soled, high-top basketball shoes.
  • Shirts and shoes are required at all times.
  • Return all equipment to storage locations when finished. Report any equipment issues to the Wellness Center staff.
  • Only authorized staff may make adjustments to equipment and stereo system.
  • Glass containers and food are not permitted. Water bottles must have a closed lid.
  • Aggressive behavior or derogatory language towards other participants and Wellness Center staff is prohibited.

Facility Closures

In observance of New Year’s Day, the Wellness Center will be closing Tuesday, December 31 at 3 p.m. through Wednesday, January 1. Normal operating will resume on Thursday, January 2 at 5 a.m.

The Bowling Center will be closed 1/2/2025 – 2/26/2025 for maintenance. Normal operating will resume on Thursday, 2/27/2025 at 11 a.m.

The Bartlesville Wellness Center is open to all members.

Facility Safety

Please use caution and practice good safety habits while you and your dependents are using the facilities.

Anyone, vaccinated or not, should NOT visit the Wellness Center if experiencing illness, especially with nasal or respiratory symptoms. Please do not risk exposing your fellow members to COVID-19.
