My athletic background began with soccer early, soon after high school I transitioned into fitness. I decided to become a personal trainer because I wanted to help and educate the community about overall wellness, lifting, and provide guidance to achieve the desired goals of every population. My interest in learning about human performance drove me to pursue Physical Therapy. My mission is to share my knowledge I gather in my own journey, continue to teach everyone about overall health, and establish positive relationships with exercise.

Hi y’all! I grew up in Austin, TX playing volleyball since I was 5 years old. I’ve always been active and passionate about wellness which led me to fall in love with various fitness activities from weight training to yoga. I’ve been able to see the various benefits that different forms of fitness have to offer, and my mission is to share the joy of physical activity with as many people as possible.

My introduction into the fitness and exercise world came in the form of soccer. I have been playing soccer my whole life and I absolutely love it. Being a part of the University of Texas at Tyler soccer team showed me how important strength, conditioning, and speed training were when playing soccer. I then learned much more about the overall benefits of working out when I Interned at APEC and I saw firsthand the improvements made by individuals that were training there. I love the feedback I get from people about an exercise helping them in a way they didn’t think it could. I strive for more and in my time here I hope I can help clients and members improve their level of fitness and overall health.

I began as a baseball player from as early as 5 years old and fell in love with the mechanics and the intricacies of the sport. Since then, I’ve tried many different fitness activities, including football, basketball, powerlifting, and soccer. The things that I’ve learned from playing each of these sports is what grew me into the person today; a person who sees exercise as not only a good habit but also as a way to make connections with people that I would have never thought possible. I hope that by working hard with other people, we can all strive to make each other better.
